All is set for this year’s edition of Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards as the organizers have unveiled the list of nominees for the awards, which holds on Saturday, March 29, in Los Angeles, and would premier across Africa on Nickelodeon on Wednesday, April 2.
And for the first time ever, this year’s KCA also features nominees from the African continent (Nigeria and South Africa), in two separate categories. In Nigeria, four on-air personalities are vying for the title of Favourite Nigerian On Air Personality and they are Toke Makinwa from Rhythm FM, Freeze from Cool FM, Wana Wana from Inspiration FM and Toolz from The Beat FM.

Among other nominees vying for honours are Jennifer Lawrence, Sandra Bullock, Pharrell Williams, Neil Patrick Harris, Hugh Jackman, Dwayne Johnson, Mila Kunis, Steve Carell, Katy Perry, Maroon 5, One Direction, Miley Cyrus, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Justin Timberlake, Pitbull and Bruno Mars. Others are Johnny Depp, Robert Downey Jr., Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Jennette McCurdy, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez and many more.
Meanwhile, voting is still on and it was also revealed that Hollywood superstar, Mark Wahlberg, will host the awards which would be beamed to more than 375 million households around the world and in more than 25 languages.
