Tiwa Savage appears to have fully dusted herself up and risen up to what she is primarily known for… making music.
The Mavin Records songstress who was on a trip to Dubai for Toolz‘ wedding last Saturday has found solace in her first love since the marriage controversy with estranged husband Tee Billz. She is getting back to the studio and also going on set for new music videos.
On the song which originally features Davido but now includes Patoranking and Tiwa, Solid Star spoke of his excitement at the opportunity to work with the ‘Kele Kele’ crooner.
‘When the chance came to work with Tiwa, I immediately went for it. She is one of the biggest artistes in Africa and certainly the biggest female artiste in Nigeria, so it was a big privilege to feature her on the ‘Wait’ refix, which is probably one of my favourite songs. I think her fans have been looking forward to this very much, and I hope they will enjoy this track as much as I do,’ he said.
The songstress on her part said, ‘I’m super excited, this one is going to cause a storm.’
Tiwa continues to dedicate her time to her music and it looks she is right at home.
