Lil Kesh starts record label , Confirmed!

Owner of YBNL records and one of Nigeria’s most prominent indigenous rappers, Olamide has confirmed that Lil kesh, one of the artistes signed on his label is now independent.
Olamide said Lil Kesh’s two-year contract with YBNL expired a few weeks ago and the E fe joku crooner now has his own record label, Yagi.

He said though the contract was over, Lil Kesh and Viktoh remain family.“Good day guys, sorry we didn’t put guys in the loop … Maybe cause we see no point in bringing it up cause family is family business or no business. I signed two-year deal with Viktoh and Kesh, it ended weeks ago,” Olamide said on his Instagram page.
“But the bond is 007 leave it (james bond level) Don’t touch it. Kesh got his own record label now #YAGI but still works with YBNL Mngnt. Vikto is still under YBNL Mngmnt too… So worry not. The world is ours for the taken #YBNL #FamilyForEver,” he added.
Confirming the development on his twitter page, Lil Kesh expressed appreciation to Olamide for going beyond the contract to shoot five videos for him instead of the three agreed.

Commenting on the development, rapper and Chocolate City boss M.I Abaga commended Olamide for being a ‘visionary leader’.
“I applaud @olamide_YBNL for being a visionary leader and wish @lilkeshofficial the best of luck on his new journey. #Growth,” he tweeted.
