TAIWO JAMANI RECEIVED A PRESTIGIOUS AWARD FROM OODUA PROGRESSIVE UNION IN AMSTERDAM . He was critically injured in an assault in Dublin a month ago and died in hospital.
Taiwo Jamani was beaten on the head with a baseball bat during the attack in Swords on 10 October.
Jooda Akanbi, 37, from Applewood in Swords has been charged in connection with the assault.
Gardaí have renewed their appeal for anyone who witnessed the incident, which took place at around 12.20pm, or anyone who may have recorded any images on mobile phones to contact them on 01-6664700.
